Order Processing

All orders placed online Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 3 AM GMT will begin processing that day and ship within three business days, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3 AM GMT will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3 AM GMT will begin processing the following Monday. 

Order processing cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability and payment verification.

 

Shipping

As a matter of general policy all items are shipped via methods that are insured and trackable. Items costing $80 or less generally ship via Japan Post registered airmail and reach their destination 7-10 days after shipping. Express shipping is available at additional cost for those items and normally these items ship via Japan Post EMS, arriving 3-6 days after shipping. Items costing more than $80 are shipped via EMS by default. Other methods of shipping, including faster (and much more expensive) express shipping, and (much) slower and slightly less expensive options may also be available. Please ask.

Tracking your order

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, which will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
